Dr Munir has 15 years of experience as a medical practitioner. She attained her MBBS in 2006 from the world renowned Imperial College, London. She was also awarded an intercalated BSc (Hons) degree in Management, from their business school. Her postgraduate training continued in London, as well as Surrey, where she was born and raised.
Before becoming a GP, she gained extensive experience working in specialties including: medicine, surgery, paediatrics, psychiatry, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology.
After being awarded Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2015, her career has developed into a portfolio GP role. This allows her to put her vast skill set to use in various capacities. The majority of her roles involve providing excellent primary care, however she is also actively involved in teaching and voluntary work. She has a particular interest in Mental Health and Wellbeing.
She is enthusiastic about providing the best possible care for her patients and strives to ensure they are listened to and optimally cared for. She takes a patient-centred and holistic approach to general practice.
